Project Feasibility
A Market survey will be carried out. We will prepare the feasibility report in order to help the promoter determine the objectives of his/her project with clarity.
A feasibility study will provide management with enough information to decide:
» Projected financial viability of the hospital.
Study of existing hospitals in the vicinity along with the reports on facilities provided by these hospitals, volume of business generated and kind of hospital services extended.
Propose alternatives and business model options from which a suitable solution can be chosen (in subsequent phases).
Study of required services and staff in the particular location of the proposed hospital.
Propose the types of services to be provided – secondary care / tertiary care.
Work out sophistication in Building Plans and Equipment.
Projection of Investment on returns.
Present / propose the potential of the planned institution.
Point out the medical facilities that are lacking in the vicinity and the need for such facilities to be made available.
Study and present the patient’s migration pattern.
Make reports on competition in the area around.
Financial planning
Our qualified personnel can provide financial planning at three stages:
Planning Stage: From commencement of planning to Commissioning of Operations.

With respect to the above stages, we determine:

» Operating profits.
Ratio of different sources in total capital.
Cost of capital & recovery through appropriated operational profit.
